About Us: Julie and Frances, the Management Team, are in fact sisters in real life who have worked within the Care Industry for over 26 years.
Both Frances and Julie are NVQ 2, 3 & 4 and RMA Course qualified.
Not only have they been care providers they have also received care services from outside sources to help with those they care for in their private lives. This experience has given them the awareness and understanding of the importance of not only providing the very best quality of service but also the need to give the whole family the support and care they require.
Their priority at all times is to ensure that all their staff are fully trained to the highest standards and that these standards are constantly maintained by keeping abreast and up to date with all the latest mandatory courses needed to provide the best quality of care possible.
